HOW TO RESET YOUR TELIOS ACCOUNT PASSWORD
If you’ve forgotten your Telios Books account password:
1. Go to the Telios Account Login page. You can use the My Account link at the top right corner of the website or the link below:
2. On the Login page, you’ll find a button to click if you’ve forgotten your password.
3. Follow the instructions given to set a new password.
4. Once you complete the process, you’ll get an email from us confirming your successful password change. You can start using your new account password immediately.
If you remember your old password and want to get a new one:
1. Log into your Telios Account.
2. On the Customer dashboard, you’ll see an option to change your password.
3. Follow the instructions given to set a new password.
