To enable us to serve you better, we request that you sign up for a FREE Telios Bookstore account before you place an order. It’ll only take you a few seconds to do so.

If you already have a Telios Books account, you can simply login.

Orders

Telios Bookstore receives orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from across the world but dispatch of deliveries is done as indicated below.

Kindly ensure your shipping information is accurate and has sufficient details for seamless delivery to your doorstep. Please also include real contact details in case we need to communicate with you concerning your order and/or delivery.

Payment is required before delivery for all purchases.

E-Books

E-books are made accessible to you as soon as your payment is processed. Once you place your order, you’ll receive an e-mail with simple instructions on how to get your e-books.

Delivery Costs

Delivery cost is based on the shipping (delivery) address added on the checkout page and is included in the total cost of your purchase.

Delivery Times

We provide same-day delivery in Nairobi for orders made on Monday – Friday by 1 PM (EAT). Orders after 1PM are dispatched the following day.

Dispatch of orders to other counties and countries is done the next day.

Orders made on Saturday before noon are dispatched the same day. Orders made after noon on Saturday and on Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.
