But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.
Because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse.
It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, but the glory of kings is to search out a matter.
The uniqueness of persons should not be a reason for strife in the Body of Christ. When you perceive God’s purpose for your life, you have no reason to strive with anyone. It is imperative to reckon with the fact that every individual is called differently from the rest.
We do not have to see things the same way, or even agree on everything in principle. Nevertheless, we ought to acknowledge that God in Christ Jesus has accepted us all. The uniqueness of individuals bears inherent diversities to propel the pursuit and fulfillment of purpose.

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.
The circumscription of our existence in regards to the accomplishments we have made and the divine gifting in us is instituted in who we are in Christ. Hence, there is nothing about us in Christ that should project our meliorism over our fellow brethren. It all has to do with the grace of God that inspires each one of us to manifest our unique diversities in an endeavour to complement one another and edify the Body of Christ.
God uses the progression of time and season to reveal the features of His vision and purpose in the context of the episodes of experiences in life. Divine wisdom is the means to translate these times and seasons to be opportunities to fulfill purpose.
We all go through pleasant and unpleasant episodes of experiences. A good leader is one who is led by the transcendent vision of God for his life. Bad leaders are rudderless. They lack the steering process of function, which is derived from a vision that leads them. They have no vision to live for. A person who is not led by a vision cannot lead anyone, because true followers do not submit to someone because of charisma, talent or outward appearance. True followers submit to the vision of God that you perpetuate as a leader for your followers to interpret.
Grace and anointing are the instruments of power that cause a vision to define a leader with a mission to fulfill his purpose. Every vision given to a man by God has its unique grace and anointing that is accordant with the pursuit of his purpose. Grace and anointing precipitate the context of the expression of a vision given by God to a man.
The reason why someone is anointed by the Lord and granted a unique grace is because of the divine vision vested in the visionary. A man has to rely on the grace of God and the anointing upon his life to be able to fulfill his purpose in the precinct of his vision.
But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.
The grace of God is the primeval domain where man is designated to flourish. It creates a divine aura to cause man to evince the supernatural vested in him. God made man to exercise the divine power vested in him to express his abilities. The anointing on a man is the clout that causes him to manifest the divine potency he carries.
And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.
If you disregard the divine vision given to you from God, it’s at your own peril, for you end up short of the grace of God and the anointing of the Holy Spirit that you need to manifest your purpose.
